Prices start from £40 incl. VAT (Puppy (under 1yr) learn to swim/confidence sessions for fitness are £25)

Payment is required on the same day the session takes place. Payment can be made by cash, card or online transfer. Bank details can be provided after your first session is paid for in person.

Please allow up to 60 minutes for the first initial visit/assessment. It is very important that we get to know you and your dog to make the most out of the treatment sessions.

Appointment times vary. Please discuss with us as each client has very specific individual needs and a treatment plan is tailored for each individual client.

On the days where your dog has a session, please do not feed your dog at least 3 hours before hydrotherapy and allow your dog to go to the toilet before their session. After the session we also advise that you do not feed your dog until at least an 1 hour afterwards.

We send regular reports back to your Vet to keep them updated on your dog’s progress.

Most pet insurance companies are supportive of both physiotherapy and hydrotherapy, we advise that you check to check your individual policy prior to commencing treatment.

We are happy to help you to reclaim your costs from your insurance, and will help complete any insurance claim forms following treatment. Please note that we do not do direct claims.

We understand that occasionally you may need to cancel an appointment and we will do our best to accommodate you. We do however require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancelled appointments without 24 hours notice or failing to show will be charged in full.
